## § 1 Scope and provider

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the MFM Voice service. The provider is MFM Elektrotechnik e.K., Hauptstr. 8, 31515 Wunstorf.

MFM Voice is an independent service. It is not a product of Loxone Electronics GmbH and not a product of Amazon.

## § 2 Service

MFM Voice establishes a connection between a Loxone Miniserver and Amazon Alexa. The Features page states which Loxone function blocks are supported.

The requirements are a Loxone Miniserver with active Loxone remote access, an Amazon account, an Echo device or the Alexa app, and internet access. You provide these requirements yourself.

We endeavour to keep the service available without interruption. We do not guarantee a particular level of availability.

The service depends on third-party services over which we have no influence: Amazon Alexa, Loxone remote access and your internet connection.

## § 3 Account and trial period

You need an account to use the service. The trial period lasts 14 days and begins as soon as you connect your Miniserver. It is free of charge. No payment details are needed for it.

The trial period ends by itself. A paid contract only comes into existence if you expressly take out a subscription.

There is one trial period per Miniserver and per email address.

## § 4 Subscription, prices, payment

You can take out a subscription with monthly or annual billing. The prices that apply are those shown on the Pricing page and in the checkout at the time you take out the subscription. All prices for consumers are final prices including value added tax.

Payment is handled by Stripe. The fee is due at the beginning of each billing period.

## § 5 Term and cancellation

The monthly subscription runs for an indefinite period. You can cancel it at any time with effect at the end of the current billing month.

The annual subscription has a term of twelve months. After that it is extended for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.

You can cancel using the “Cancel contracts here” button on every page of the website, in your account under “Abonnement” (Subscription), or by email to [support@mfm.energy](mailto:support@mfm.energy).

The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

## § 6 Your obligations

You keep your credentials secret. You only connect Miniservers that you are entitled to use. You decide yourself which devices can be controlled by voice, and you bear the responsibility for this selection.

## § 7 Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

## § 8 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the withdrawal instructions.

## § 9 Final provisions

German law applies. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
