## What happens after 14 days?

The trial ends by itself. Without a subscription, Alexa no longer responds to your Loxone devices. Your setup stays saved as long as your account exists. If you take out a subscription, everything carries on without setting up again.

## Term and cancellation

- Monthly subscription: renews every month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing month.
- Yearly subscription: runs for twelve months. After that, you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice.
- You can cancel without signing in via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page.

### Which payment methods are available?

Payment is handled by Stripe. You see which payment methods are available in the checkout, before you confirm anything.

### Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Every invoice shows the VAT. You will find all invoices in your account under “Subscription”.

### I am ordering as a company. Can I enter my VAT ID?
