## Our aim

This website should be usable by everyone. The benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA.

## What we have implemented

- All functions can be operated with the keyboard. The focus is always visible.
- A skip link leads directly to the content.
- Text and controls have sufficient contrast, in the light and in the dark colour scheme.
- Headings, lists, tables and forms are marked up so that screen readers read them out correctly.
- Error messages in forms appear directly at the field and are read out.
- Moving elements can be paused. If “Reduce motion” is set in your system, the page shows no animations.
- On small screens, tables are displayed as a readable list.

## Status of testing

The pages are tested automatically with axe-core whenever they change. Last test on 10 October 2026: no violations on the pages tested. A manual test with a screen reader has not been carried out yet.

## Known limitations

We are not aware of any barriers from the automated testing. The English version of the website is a translation that has not yet been reviewed by a native speaker.

## Reporting barriers

Have you come across a barrier? Write to us at [support@mfm.energy](mailto:support@mfm.energy). We will reply and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

## Enforcement

The authority responsible for market surveillance under the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (German Accessibility Strengthening Act) is the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF) in Magdeburg, telephone +49 391 567 6970.
